Board Chair, Retired Landscape Architect

Meet Board Member, Daniel Harder, with ‘Daniel Harder Landscape Consultation and Management’. Daniel is very active in the Napa community. He is a Kiwanis and Elks Club member, active with Slow Down Napa and Sons In Retirement149. His many credits are too numerous to mention so let’s just say that we are very fortunate to have Daniel on the Feeding It Forward team! If you are interested in helping, consider joining our Board of Directors.

Vice Chair - Retired Waste Management Professional

Bob Figoni has lived in Napa since 2017, when he retired from a 37-year career in the waste management field. Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of waste reduction, an important goal of Feeding It Forward. He was an original board member for Feeding It Forward and rejoined the Board in December 2023. Bob is a local climate change activist with Napa Climate NOW!, and enjoys gardening, golf and traveling.

Treasurer - Accounting Manager at Ole Health

Cindy is currently the Accounting Manager at Ole Health. She brings a wealth of accounting experience in planning and collaborating within the winery and service industries. She grew up and graduated from Napa Valley College in Accounting.

Secretary - Government Affairs North Bay Area for PG&E

PG&E Government Affairs representative serving Marin and Napa Counties supporting large gas and electric construction, inspections, compliance, clean energy transition, and partners with community based organizations to support PG&E purpose to: Deliver for our hometowns, serve our planet, and lead with love.

Mark has 16 years of experience in Napa wine industry direct to consumer sales and events, two-year Napa Planning Commission, and served as Napa City Councilmember and Napa Sanitation District Director from 2005 to 2013.

Mark is a graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College and U.C. Davis where he received a BA in Communications. He lives in Napa with his wife Tiffany and has two daughters in high school and college. Mark is an avid hiker and always looking for new trails to share with friends – or a relaxing beach.

Board Member - Retired ER Physician

Joe Pramuk is a retired primary care physician who was raised in Napa. He came to Feeding it Forward through his previous involvement with the community meal program, “The Table”, and his long standing association with St. Vincent de Paul in addressing housing and food insecurity in the Napa community. He lives in Napa with his wife of nearly sixty years, Julieanna. He spends most of his time; (a), dealing with eight grandchildren, (b) in his garden, (c) on his bicycle or walking, (d) trying to keep his 120 yr. old house from looking any more dilapidated than it already is, and (e) agonizing over what color can to throw his trash into.

Board Member - Retired

Charles (Chuck) Shinnamon is a retired civil engineer and land developer with over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and real estate development in the Napa Valley. He came to Napa as a VISTA Volunteer focusing on affordable housing. He opened his civil engineering firm in 1980, which is now under its fourth ownership team as RSA+ Engineers and Surveyors. Chuck is currently a member of the Napa Housing Coalition, fifteen-year Board Member for Friends of the Napa River, and Advisory Board Member for the Napa RiverLine project. Chuck regularly hikes, bikes, and kayaks with his wife, family, and granddaughters. He especially loves harvesting and enjoying the bounty of their family garden.

Board Member - Board Member, COO/Owner, Napa Nuts

Schecky is a recovering high school history teacher who left San Diego for a role at the family nut business. He loves being active in the community and is passionate about being a good steward for the environment. Schecky is excited to be serving his first year on the Feeding It Forward Board and hopes to make a meaningful impact in fighting food insecurity. While not working, Schecky enjoys cycling, archery, playing pinball, and spending time with his spouse and teenage child.

Chris Benz

Board Member - Retired

Chris is a retired winemaker and winery production manager. She and her husband, Jason, have lived in Napa since 1987. An avid hiker and backpacker, when Chris retired, she became active with local environmental groups. She co-founded Napa Climate NOW!, the Napa County group for 350 Bay Area, a regional climate action nonprofit. She serves as a Steering Committee member and Treasurer for Napa Climate NOW! She has also served on the Boards of the Napa Valley Vine Trail and Napa Green, and on the Executive Committee for the Napa Group of the Sierra Club. She is dedicated to the work that Feeding It Forward does: redistributing food to those who need it while keeping it out of the landfill, and thereby providing a climate benefit for all of us.

Elisabeth Frater

Board Member - Attorney

Elisabeth brings over 30 years of leadership and community service to her role on the Feeding it Forward board. Her legal background includes serving as a prosecutor and trial attorney in Napa, San Francisco and Sacramento counties. She has served on boards supporting Napa youth, survivors of crime, the environment, public art, and the Chamber of Commerce. She is the chair of the Napa July 4 downtown parade, and her spare time is spent with a Treeing Walker coonhound and three cats.
